Extended MASH Position- NO MASH Experience Needed

Am working with a South West England authority that is looking to bolster their extended MASH teams, my client is looking for qualified social workers who would like an opportunity to grow with the social care industry and will actually look to provide you with the opportunity to further your career.

This MASH position is also combined with out of hour service and my client is looking for qualified social workers whom has experience in decision making and are able to work with little to no direction or instruction, you will be working on a rota system as well as expected to work on some weekends and nights. My client is offering condense working or flexible depending on your needs. My client is paying a very comparative rate as they understand the difficulties that come with the job.

My client will consider applications from advanced practitioner who have experience within referral and assessment teams as well as child protection experience in addition to this they will also consider applications from those whom have after hour's service experience.

To demonstrate this further this local authority will consider qualified social workers who have experience within the referral and assessment team as you will have transferable skills as well as someone whom has no experience working within a MASH team.
