Brand Manager (Healthcare-FMCG ): the Netherlands (Permanent)
A well established Consumer Healthcare company has created a new function for an experienced Brand Manager within FMCG/OTC industry. You will have the opportunity to brand lead a very successful product-line even in this Covid-19 crisis situation.
Focus region - the Netherlands
Work location - in the region of Nijmegen, the Netherlands
Job Responsibilities :-
* Actively participate in the preparation of local sales plans and marketing strategy in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the Business Unit Managers.
* Developing and implementing the local pricing strategy and guidelines in collaboration with the Business Unit Managers and the Marketing Manager.
* Local adjustment of the product positioning and sales arguments so that the sales team can successfully sell the products.
* Provide training for the sales team and other employees to ensure optimal product and market knowledge.
* Developing, implementing and evaluating the marketing plan with activities aimed at increasing turnover and maximizing profit.
* Effective preparation, implementation and follow-up of local launches.
* Close cooperation with the Supply Chain department in connection with the forecast, the availability and the stock management of the products.
* Taking care of the product catalogue, technical data sheets, product documentation and other sales tools.
* Efficient management of the allocated marketing budget.
* Building and maintaining contacts with key opinion leaders, guiding the sales team with customers and providing external presentations where necessary.
* Organizing and participating in fairs, congresses, symposia and other events with customers.
* Maintain a positive, effective and close dialogue with the international marketing team, and participate in international meetings.
Requirements:
1) 3 to 5 years of previous experience within Brand Management or Marketing function for a Consumer Health or FMCG organisation.
2) Fluent Dutch and English.
