RGN Nights (Permanent)

Clayton Nursing is currently assisting a 60-70 bedded Nursing Home offering Nursing / Residential / Rehabilitation care for residents with enduring Mental Health issues and neurological disorders in the Preston area.

We are searching for a full time RGN for 36-48 hours per week, days or nights and our client is offering a generous rate of £17.50 P/H Shifts are 19:00pm 7:00am

This is a well-established service with a supportive team and the chance for progression within the home.

The candidate will have the ability to organise own workload with regard to assessing resident needs, planning,

implementation and evaluation of a programme of care which is evidence based utilising all available resources taking into consideration the lifestyle, gender and cultural background and ensure involvement with the residents, family, carers and significant others.

Maintain a culture where clinical practice is proactive and responsive to the changing health care needs of the resident.
