Registered Manager Nurse Qualified (Permanent)

Clayton Recruitment is currently recruiting a Home Manager (RGN / RMN) for an established home in Bradford boasting an overall rating of "Good CQC". This nursing home is one of the few care homes in the region to be awarded the prestigious Gold Standard Framework accreditation in recognition of its exceptionally high standards.

Upon successful application for the Home Manager (RGN/RMN) position you will benefit from an annual salary of around £40-£50k with flexible working hours.

As the Home Manager RGN/RMN you will be responsible for:
*All aspects of the day to day running of the home, ensuring a uniformly high standard of resident care and nursing practice is achieved.
* Have overall responsibility and accountability for the management of the services on site.
*Ensuring that the home is strictly compliant with CQC regulations, and that the home continuously builds on its already excellent occupancy levels.
*Promoting and marketing the home and ensuring the homes excellent reputation is maintained.
* Motivate, develop and provide Clinical Leadership for nursing team.
*Ensure clinical records are well maintained and systems are in place for staff to communicate effectively on clinical issues.

Key Requirements:
*Qualified Nurse - RGN / RMN with full active pin registration
*Experience of working within a Registered management position
*Already the holder of or prepared to attain the Level 5 Diploma / Registered Managers Award
*An effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style, hands on management style and excellent organisational skills.
