Residential Property Lawyer | 5 Year PQE + | Bedford
My Client is looking for a talented and motivated Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding firm in Bedford.
The Role
The successful Residential Property Lawyer will run their own caseload of conveyancing matters including but not limited Sales, Purchase, Leasehold, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes and Rights to Buy.
Requirements
The ideal Residential Property Lawyer will be a minimum of 5 years PQE or equivalent experience in a similar position. You will boast a high level of client care and show willingness to be involved in business generation for the firm. Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills are essential.
Experience of Leasehold Extensions and Landlord and Tenant matters is desirable.
