The Candidate:

They are looking for someone who has 100% commitment to business efficiency and development. They must have the following:

• Strong demonstrable track record in service administration
• Used to a fast moving service/sales desk
• Must have previous experience in handling service engineers and customer's requests
• Must have computer experience creating sales & service orders
• Conversant with MS Office programs. (especially Word & Excel)
• Good professional telephone manner and communication skills
• Team player
• Professional presentation
• Must be able to read, write and speak good English
