A high profile business based in Leeds city centre has an excellent 12 months fixed term contract opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

The duties of the role include:
* Provide customers with an excellent customer service experience via telephone, email and social media
* Manage customer orders
* Management of customer returns
* Support response to marketing emails
* Processing and recording of replacement orders
*General administration duties
