Short term temporary work starting on the 24th September..........Did that grab your attention? Are you going to be looking for some additional work during the Summer holidays? Are you available from Monday 24th August to 4th September, possibly further week, working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (not including the Bank Holiday Monday)? Have you got excellent attention to detail and inputting skills? Are you able to work well with a high level of accuracy under very busy circumstances, and remain calm when working in a very busy environment? This opportunity would suit someone who has a strong administration background, who also has great customer service experience and outstanding people skills. This job is a short term opportunity to cover an event for up to 1,000 students who are registering for their future studies. You will be supporting the team who are enrolling the students, ready for their studies to begin in September. You will be taking documents and inputting into the system, updating student files and information.

I am looking for 2 people to come and work for us on behalf of one of our clients. To be successful for this role, you will need to be available for all of the above dates. You will need to be able to evidence all of the relevant skill and experience and will need to pass an enhanced DBS check. Responsibilities;
*Inputting information into the database with high level of accuracy and speed
*Taking documents and handing out paperwork to be completed
*Checking information on the paperwork and inputting into a database
*Answering queries relating to enrolment

The experience, skills and personal attributes required to be successful in this job are;
*Fast and accurate keyboard skills
*Previous experience of processing paperwork or applications
*Good administration and IT skills
*Ability to remain clam when working in a manic environment
*Very strong communication skills
*Reliable and flexible attitude
*Friendly and open personality

This will mean that you will need to provide us with certain documents to prove your ID, eligibility, proof of NI number and proof of address. The start date for your training is 24th August. You will need to be available to work full time up to Friday 4th September, possibly 1 week longer, and should not have any dates during this time where you are unavailable to work.
