A Global charity are on the lookout for a top Data Officer to join their team, in North London.
You will be reporting directly to the Data services Manager, sitting in the fund raising department.
This role is an 18 Month contract paying between £25,000 and £30,000, working full time hours.
You will be responsible for;
Maintaining data integrity, ensuring that data is secure, up to date, audited and is fit for purpose in line with GD PR legislation and Fund raising Regulator best practice
Receiving weekly data updates from external sources; upload in to the WC RF UK Donors database and verify integrity.
Being proficient in the tools used in File maker Administration including use of the File maker Server console and administration of the File maker backup facility.
Create and maintain documentation related to the CRAM database, other databases, Data team processes & procedures.
Your experience;
You will have relevant experience using File maker Pro to version 13-18
Experience of supporting a CRM system, preferably in the charity sector
Knowledge of Data Protection, fund raising regulations and good practices
Working knowledge and experience of database administrative and development processes.
Personal attributes;
High numeracy skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of commitment in all circumstances, demonstrating patience & perseverance in the face of setbacks and problems.
Ability to suggest ideas and be open to ideas from others, adapting and simplifying processes often without being asked.
Ability to organise self, prioritise varied workloads, plan effectively and work to tight
deadlines with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Willingness and ability to work flexible hours as needed with occasional time away from
home
