The Role
As the Team Leader, you will be looking after a Team Hygiene Operatives, you will be allocating wok and making sure everyone is not only working to the highest standards but also motivating the team to hit KPI's.
Key Skills:
* Experience in a similar role
* Must have experience either In a Hygiene Operative or leading a Hygiene Team.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Continuous Improvement/LEAN
