Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Permanent)

My client, an award winning Legal 500 Law Firm situated in Lancashire are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Corporate and Commercial Team.

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for a number of duties, including, managing your own caseload that will consist of a range of Commercial Litigation matters including Dispute Resolution. You will also provide excellent client care, liaise with council and experts, and attend Court and Tribunal.

To be suitable for this position, you will be a Commercially focused individual with a strong background working within this sector. Ideally, you will be 5+ years PQE and possess a proven track record in managing your own caseload and have good experience within Dispute Resolution.
