Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Permanent)

My client, an excellent and reputable Law firm situated in ­­­­Wigan are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor.

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Commercial matters including: Commercial Lease disputes and claims, Landlord and Tenant disputes, litigation matters arising from Property matters and general business litigation matters.

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a strong background in Commercial Litigation and managed your own caseload across the Commercial spectrum. Ideally, you will be 3+ years PQE, have excellent client care skills and strong litigator.

Salary for this role is dependant on experience and a great benefits package on offer.
