Property Paralegal (Permanent)

My client, an excellent medium sized Law firm situated in South Manchester are currently seeking to appoint a Property Paralegal.

As the successful Property Paralegal, you will be responsible for supporting Fee Earners on both Residential and Commercial Property matters including sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold, leases, plots and secured lending. You will also support on Wills and Probate work where required.

To be suitable for this position, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate at least 12-months experience within either Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property. Wills and Probate experience is advantageous but not essential.

You must have completed a Law Degree to be considered for this role.
