Our client - an awarding-winning premium care home provider - has an excellent opportunity for a Unit Manager to join a top care home based in Bracknell. The care company specialises in care for the elderly with dementia.
Connaught Resourcing is partnered with the nationwide Care Client who has a person-centred approach, delivering the highest standards of care to their residents. The positions are within an excellent Care Home, with a proven track record of excellent CQC reports.
The successful Unit Manager will have the opportunity to work within the luxury Care Home with excellent facilities such as a cinema room, a hair salon, a spa as well as a hugely supportive management team. The Unit Manager will need to hold a minimum of a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification. Candidates will be required to be flexible and commit to a minimum of 40 hours each week, this will be a temp to perm contract.
The Unit Manager will be required to carry out duties such as: lead and support a team (senior carers and carers), providing a high-standard of care to residents, rota duties, organising and managing regular team meetings and supporting the Deputy Manager with medication. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-quality, experienced Unit Manager seeking to further their experience within the Care Sector. All candidates will need to have SOVA and manual handling training, if you do not have this it can be provided.
The Client has a strong ethos of elderly care therefore any successful applicant will undergo a full enhanced criminal record check (DBS).
