Banking and Finance Solicitor (Permanent)

Banking & Finance Litigation Solicitor | Leeds | 3 Years PQE +

Our client, a Legal 500 firm based in Leeds city centre are seeking to recruit an experienced Banking & Finance Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Dispute Resolution team.

The successful candidate will be 3 years PQE+ with excellent experience and knowledge in property litigation, landlord and tenant matters as well as commercial disputes. You will be working directly with clients who are corporate residential developers, financial institutions, and venture capitalists as well as pursing claims for breaches of mortgage deeds, commercial, private lending disputes and residential possessions and advising and assisting in complex recovery matters.

This ideal candidate will be ambitious, and client focused with exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and have strong business development skills.
