Mental Health Practitioner - £35 Hour (Contract)
NonStop Care are working with Devon County Council to find a Mental Health Practitioner on a full time contract. We are offering a opportunity to work with a very well known and reputed local authority with a high rate of pay.
About the role;
As a Mental Health Practitioners you will be required to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Successful candidates would be undertaking Social Care Assessments to support hospital discharge under the Care Act 2014 and S117 of the Mental Health Act. This will include creating social care action plans and applications to panel for funding and any related safeguarding work if necessary.
To be considered you must;
- HCPC SWE Registered
- Experience in Mental Health Social Work and Safeguarding (desired)
- Understanding of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Health Act
- Good communication skills
- Ability to provide to professional references (only Social Work references)
