Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Permanent)

A top 100 law firm located in Birmingham are currently seeking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will manage their own defendant investigatory caseload based on contracts from the NHS which include large scale fraud or multi patient clinical failings through to inappropriate sexualised behaviour. You will work closely with the Partner, under their supervision and there will be opportunities for client contact and business development.

Requirements:

the ideal Solicitor will be 2 - 10 years+ PQE with proven Clinical Negligence and litigation experience. furthermore, experience of managing claims against GPs is an advantage but not essential. Defendant experience is desirable, but the firm will consider strong claimant candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious individual to join a leading and well-regarded law firm.
