Residential Property Solicitor (Permanent)

My client, an excellent and well-established Legal 500 Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their offices in South Manchester.

As the successful Residential Property Solicitor, you will many responsibilities and duties which include but are not limited to: Managing a caseload of Sale and Purchase across the full spectrum of Residential Property transactions from inception to completion. There will be a focus on high value properties and transactions including drafting transfers of part and Sale and Acquisitions, in which you will be able to offer professional advice.

You will also develop strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and ensure correct file management and time recordings are accurate.

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a great amount of experience in managing your own files within Residential Property and be a team player. Ideally, you will be a minimum of 3+ years PQE, have strong attention to detail and have excellent communication skills at all levels.
