Head of Employment (Permanent)

A fantastic top 200 firm is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their firm located in Shropshire on a permanent basis as their Head of Employment for a new department.

The Role:

The successful Employment Solicitor will ideally have extensive experience of both claimant and respondent as this will be a mixed role .The role will include starting up the department from scratch and building a team working on contentious and non-contentious work.

Requirements:

The ideal Head of Employment Solicitor will be a minimum 5 years PQE in a similar position. Business development experience and a following of clients is essential . As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will be proactive and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Solicitor looking to progress within the business.

Benefits:

* £60,000 - £70,000
