Circa £34,000 + Bonus + Van, Tools & PPE

Our chosen business partner is an established market leader in heating innovation. Their extensive portfolio, compromising of over 10 leading brands, has allowed the business to firmly cement its place as a trusted heating solutions provider within the UK.

As a Breakdown and Service Engineer, you will work across their domestic customer range of Central Heating Solutions including Boilers, Water Heaters and CHP units.

Responsibilities

Operating from home, you will receive your daily appointments via a handheld device, your van will be stocked overnight by couriers and you will visit customers with prearranged appointments via the Operation Support Desk, where you will carry out a variety of work, mainly diagnostics and breakdowns but also emergency repairs to annual servicing and warranty matters.

Whilst full product training will be given, you will be confident in your diagnostics skills, ideally having experience within a similarly diverse role.

Requirements

Their customers are vitally important to them - as are you! Your own personal skills, professionalism and knowledge will already be clearly visible as they want to ensure their customers receive the best service possible whilst experiencing their company vision and values, and ensuring you and their customers are safe.

Domestic ACS, Gas Safe or equivalent accreditations / qualifications and a full driving license is ideal.
