Immigration Solicitor - Level 2 IAAS (Permanent)

Immigration Solicitor | Manchester

Our client, a specialist immigration firm located in Manchester are seeking to recruit an experienced Immigration Solicitor on a permanent basis.

The successful Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years experience handling your own busy Immigration caseload as well as having extensive knowledge of Refugee & Human Rights law, European law, Work & Study in the UK, Family Visits and Settlement, Deportation Appeals, Public Law, Naturalization and Sponsor Licensing for Businesses and Educational Institutions.

IAAS Level 2 Accreditation is highly desirable.

Day to day duties include handling complex Immigration files ranging from initial advice to higher court appeal matters. You will also deal with clients over the phone and face to face, provide clear and realistic advice, draft letters, applications, witness statements and complex legal documents all whilst providing an high quality service with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
