Assistant Litigation Executive (Permanent)

My client, an excellent and well established Legal 500 Law firm are currently recruiting for an Assistant Litigation Executive for their offices in Stoke-On-Trent.

As the successful Assistant Litigation Executive, you will be involved with a range of duties including managing your own caseload of Litigated Personal Injury matters ranging from EL/PL to RTA for mainly Union members and family scheme clients whilst under supervision.

To be suitable for this role, Ideally, you will be NQ- 2 years PQE and will be able to demonstrate experience of running your own caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury files. It is important that you have great communication skills at all levels and be up to date with relevant case laws.
