Dispute Resolution Solicitor (Permanent)

My client, an excellent and extremely reputable Law Firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor for their offices in Burton upon Trent.

As the successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will have a range of responsibilities which includes but is not restricted to: Managing your own caseload of Commercial Dispute Resolution matters arising from Commercial Property Disputes, Breach of Contract Disputes, Professional Negligence, Landlord & Tenant, IP and Boundary Disputes.

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate prior experience of managing your own caseload with Commercial Dispute Resolution and be a strong Litigator. Ideally, you will be 2+ years PQE and have the drive to progress in your career as this is an important attribute the firm like to see.
