Contentious Probate Solicitor (Permanent)

My client, an excellent and extremely reputable Legal 500 Law Firm are currently recruiting for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their offices in Preston.

As the successful Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will have a varied and exciting role, where you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of disputes in relation to: Wills, Probate, Estates and Trusts. This may also include disputes between Beneficiaries, Executors or Trustees and claims arising from jointly or self-owned property.

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working within a Contentious Probate environment and have managed your own caseload. You will possess great attention to detail and have fantastic client care skills with the ability to work as part of a team.

It would be extremely advantageous if you are a member of ACTAPS but is not essential.
