Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive | Staffordshire | £28,000 - £32,000
Our client, a well-established law firm located in Staffordshire are seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive to replace an exiting member of staff on a permanent basis.
The successful Conveyancing Solicitor will ideally be 3 + years PQE and will have proven experience and knowledge of running your own Conveyancing caseload from start to finish including Sales and Purchase, Re-mortgages, property transfers, Right to Buy applications for Council houses with experience of commercial property experience.
You will be managing your own busy caseload as well as an existing caseload from a previous employee.
Legal Executives with the relevant experience will also be considered for this opportunity.
