Job Title: Lead Graphic Designer

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, Fridays are 09:00 - 17:00)

The Bradford based Company is a leading supplier of FMCG products to wholesalers and independent buying groups around the world. Established in 1998, they now have dedicated administration and production facilities in India and China to support their rapidly expanding and ambitious team.

They are looking for a confident Lead Graphic Designer to combine creativity with lateral thinking and initiative to oversee their creative direction and deliver striking designs across both their digital platforms and product packaging.

If you are a Graphic Designer with bags of creative flare who is not afraid to push the boundaries, they want to speak to you. To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have 5+ years of previous experience in Graphic Design including product branding
• An impressive portfolio of completed design projects
• Have extensive knowledge of design software including, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Be forward-thinking and willing to push beyond what you already know
• Have inside-out knowledge of printing processes, resolution and colour management
• Have a keen eye for typography
• Keep an eye on current trends and make sure they are ahead of the curve
• Ensure their company branding is fresh, modern and attractive confidently advise change where required
• Have great communication skills and be a team-player
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be confident in juggling several projects and be at your happiest when no two days are the same
• Be confident working to sometimes tight deadlines
• Work closely with their Marketing team to ensure their campaigns are visually dynamic and effective
• Oversee a team of Graphic Designers to ensure consistent high-quality work that meets their brand guidelines

• Basic pay of £25,000 - £32,000 per anum
