Registered Manager: EBD Children's Home (Permanent)
This initial project will give you the opportunity to use your experience in the field to help shape the operations of a completely new service. Working closely with the owners, you'll be able to share what you know and play an important role in the direction of this provision; setting the course for future homes.
This opportunity is ideal for someone that has previously fulfilled a leadership role within a new or established children's residential unit and taken a proactive role in the formation or development of a service, gaining hands-on knowledge and experience.
The property is already acquired and will serve as the blueprint for two further homes to be opened up in the East End. This is an exciting time to join and be part of the team!
This is a full-time, permanent role available for immediate start.
