A worldwide famous pharmaceutical giant is looking for an ambitious experienced Process expert who would like to be trained and develop into a manager role. All the necessary support will be provided, you just need to have the right technical background, leadership skills and ambition to learn and develop.

The company is located in Brig, Switzerland in an ideal location for a great work/life balance where weekends can be spent skiing and enjoying the lovely scenery. Your role will be diverse and interesting and your main activities will include Project management, coordinating the stages ensuring timely completion and compliance according to GMP regulations. You will be also responsible for Risk analysis, validation, process transfer support as well as working closely with engineering teams to define technical needs and achieve strategic goals within production (budgeting, feasibility study).

• BA, MA or PHD in engineering focusing on Biotechnology, relevant training will be also considered
• 3-10 years of Biopharmaceutical (A MUST!) experience ideally in Production
• experience as a MSAT Specialist or a Proces Expert within Biopharma
• Advanced level of English, German would be ideal
