Commercial Property Solicitor (Permanent)

My client, a well-established regional law firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to come into their growing property team for their office in St Helens.
This Commercial Property Solicitor role will consist of Acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant work, estate management with aspects of development, planning and Infrastructure included. With work already available for the ideal candidate, although a desire to expand and network to bring in additional work will be required.
The firm are ideally looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with ideally 2-6 years PQE, although will consider candidates outside of this PQE range.
The salary on offer for the successful Commercial Property Solicitor is dependent upon prior property experience, office hours are 9am-5pm although some flexibility can be made to suit the ideal candidate.
