Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking for a new opportunity?

A friendly and well-established law firm based in South Liverpool who due to success is looking to appoint an experienced and qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Property Department.

This Residential Conveyancer will be handling a caseload of Residential Property matters from inception through to completion, with support from Assistant and admin support staff.

The Ideal Qualified Residential Conveyancer will have a Minimum 2 years' with no upper limit on experience, working on residential conveyancing transactions dealing with Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, re-mortgage and Help to Buy.

This firm offer flexible working model to suit the ideal candidate and can also offer home working and will consider candidates looking at PT hours as well. They have on site parking available as well.

Clear scope within this firm for progression opportunities as well in management and partnership level if the candidate wishes.

The salary on offer for the successful Residential Conveyancer is up to £40,000 dependent on previous Conveyancing experience.
