Family Solicitor (Permanent)

Currently a regional and long established law firm are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their department in their North Warwickshire office to replace an exiting member of staff on a permanent basis.

The Role:

The successful Family Solicitor / Legal Executive will handle an existing caseload of 100+ private family law files from inception to completion including divorce, finances and children act matters. You will ideally be covering all 5 offices to help grow and expand the departments.

Our client is looking for someone to start on or after 1st December 2020.

Requirements:

The ideal Family Solicitor / Legal Executive will be 3+ years PQE with extensive experience in private family law matters and be able to handle a busy caseload with limited supervision. You will have excellent client care and leadership skills as well as being highly organised and have a professional attitude towards work. It would be beneficial if you have management experience.

Advocacy experience is a strong advantage.

Benefits:

* Salary £30,000 - £50,000 NOE
