A leading international B2B media company is recruiting for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join their London team

The Digital Project Team is a key part of this global business' newly combined Digital, Production and Design department. This exciting new role will involve working with international teams and will have requirements to travel to Australia and Bangalore!

The Digital Project Team has staff in the UK and Australia, is led by the Digital Director, and provides project management, digital development, media production and graphic design services to who business media group.

As a member of the digital team, the Senior Digital Project Manager will have an organised approach, excellent communication skills and broad project management experience will be an essential part of project delivery. They will lead cross-departmental collaborations and liaise with external suppliers to help create, manage and deliver media products ranges.

The role involves extensive project management and task delivery, including:

*Project and Task management, administration and delivery (i.e. Basecamp, Jira, Trello, etc)
*Project planning and scheduling using common tools (i.e Gantt Charts, MS Project)
*Diagramming, Wireframing and Mind Mapping (i.e Visio &etc)
*Requirements analysis and documentation
*Digital Analytics & Reporting (i.e. Web analytics, display ad performance, email send performance)

The successful candidate will have a strong project management skills honed in a range of working environments, with sufficient professional confidence to hit the ground running. You will be an expert with your choice of industry-leading tools, and familiar with the large majority of tools and approaches an experienced DPM will encounter. Coordinating activity, tracking progress, assessing efforts, managing upward and across teams and driving delivery will be second nature.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Formal management of projects with budgets in excess of £250,000, using industry-leading tools.
*Project planning, project and resource scheduling, reporting and presenting.
*Requirements analysis and documentation
*Technical and design brief development
*Analytics and reporting


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

(Key measures by which performance of the role will be measured and assessed)
*Project delivery

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
*At least 3 years recent experience in a Dedicated Digital Project Management role.
*Experience delivering large-scale media industry projects with budgets exceeding £100,000
*Formal project management training, with a PM qualification desirable and Scrum Master accreditation ideal.
*Advanced wireframing and visual prototyping skills
*Advanced requirements analysis and requirements documentation skills
*Technical specification development skills
*Creative specification development skills
*Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite.
*A working knowledge of the principles and approaches of website hosting and administration.
*Some development experience, or experience working with development teams.
*Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-oriented environment.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
*Excellent time management
*Strong inter-personal skills
*An understanding of commercial digital publishing
