Costs Negotiator | Bolton (Permanent)
The Firm: This North West Solicitor firm is looking to expand their Costs team in Bolton with a Costs Negotiator. The firm deals with Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Abuse, Credit Hire & RTA claims.
The Role: As a Costs Negotiator you will be responsible for managing your own multi-track caseload of Costs. You will be responsible for negotiating settlements all the way through to detailed assessment if necessary. You will be responsible for providing excellent client management and preparing points of replies.
Requirements: To be successful as a Costs negotiator you will have previous experience within a Costs negotiator role. You will have experience of managing your own caseload and preparing points of replies. You will successfully negotiable settlements in your previous role.
Salary: The salary on offer is £20,000 to £30,00 and is dependent on experience.
