Surveyor (Permanent)
A well-known Real estate business are currently looking to expand their Property Management team, in central London. The role requires a Property Management Surveyor who is MRICS qualified with commercial property management experience.
This prestigious client is based in London. They have been successful with year on year growth providing specialist services across commercial offices, leisure and retail assets. You will be managing office portfolio with grade A clients.
Main duties are:
- Management and set up of new instructions and portfolios
- Client liaison and management
- Lease management and advisory
- Tenant management
- Drafting and reconciliation of service charge and budgets
- Liaison and management of Facilities Management staff
- Business development and management of existing relationships
My client is considering individuals from Surveyor to Senior Surveyor level. Salary is competitive, in line with individual experience and qualification. Due to the versatile functioning of the team, you will also work alongside other key teams and take opportunities to cross sell the business. The successful candidate will be client facing with excellent communication skills. It is essential for candidates to have recent experience in commercial or alternatives property management to be considered for the role.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience within Property management positions ideally working with prestigious clients.
