Conveyancing Solicitor (Permanent)

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor | Birmingham

My client, a London based firm who have recently expanded their presence in Birmingham are seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor on a permanent basis.

The department currently consists of 2 solicitors and 1 paralegal with plans to recruit 2 more solicitors and 1 more paralegal, this position is due to an increase in work.

The Role

The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will run their own caseload successfully dealing with all conveyancing matters including but not limited to Sales and Purchase of Freehold & Leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Help to Buy and Transfers of Equity.

Requirements

The ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will hold a minimum of 2 years fee earning experience in a similar position with extensive experience running a caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision. You will have excellent client care skills with great communication, organisational and IT skills.

Salary is NOE in the region of £30,000 - £50,000 (more if you have a following)
