Commercial Litigator - 5 year PQE (Permanent)
A Lexcel accredited firm in the Bolton area are seeking a Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor to work in a busy commercial department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience to hit the ground running and be a part of an established team.
The successful Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor will need to be able to service businesses who have a variety of commercial contract disputes, landlord and tenant and other property-based disputes. There is also a need to represent the general public client base with boundary or property-based disputes, general civil litigation and contentious probate matters.
The Role:
* Strong commercial awareness
* Working alongside a well-established team
* Service businesses for a variety of commercial disputes.
* Provide representation of boundary and property-based disputes.
* Provide representation of general civil litigation and contentious probate.
The Candidate:
* You will ideally be 5 years PQE but will consider slightly lower.
* Civil and Commercial Litigation background required.
* Be able to work in a team.
* Be innovative.
* Excellent client care.
* Ability to build good relationships
