Clayton Nursing is currently seeking a Relief Manager / Interim Home Manager (Nurse Qualified) to join an established and prestigious nursing home provider on an interim basis.

As the newly appointed Interim Manager you will assume full responsibility for the commissioning of a purpose-built new build home in Birmingham.

The role of Relief Manager /Interim Home Manager will include:

* Assuming full responsibility for the commissioning of a purpose-built new build home.

* Recruiting clinical and non-clinical teams

* Building relationships with all commissioning teams to drive referrals

* Attending senior management meetings

* Maintaining and managing budgets

As the newly appointed Interim Manager

You will oversee the construction of a new purpose-built home. The service is completely brand new, and totally empty and awaiting your arrival.
