Residential Conveyancer (Permanent)

My client, a specialist Property Law firm situated close to the Walkden area are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer.

Are you coming to the end of your training Contract or want to transfer this over to specialist firm?

As the successful Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for a range of duties which include but are not limited to: Managing your own caseload of around 40 files from inception through to post completion. The caseload will consist of, Sales, Purchase, Leasehold, Freehold, Re-mortgage and Transfer of equity.

To be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working as a Residential Conveyancer and managing your own caseload. You will also possess fantastic client care skills and be able to work well as part of a team, experience of ALB case management system would also be beneficial.

Salary for this role is dependent on experience and a great benefit package including: 24 days holiday + Bank holidays, discretionary bonus, and your Birthday day off.
