What will you be tasked with?

This is an exciting opportunity to really support and develop the international client base. The team currently supplies into 35 countries. You will be responsible for selling products to existing (30%) but predominantly new customers (70%).

  • Management and maximising a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Following up leads and qualifying opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle
  • Development of your own sales pipeline and generating new business
  • Knowledgeable of all products
  • Giving advice and effectively communicating to customers about products, promotions and launches
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Working towards monthly sales targets for new business and accounts
  • Producing and developing a sales plan
  • Develop value-based relationships with customers at multiple contact points
  • Quarterly call cycles on all existing and new customers through data analysis and structured planning
  • Market research and competitor analysis
  • Creating opportunities prior to trade shows-current and prospect accounts
  • Overseas travel
  • Analyse and present data and statistic

About you?

  • Recent graduate - 2:1 or above
  • 1-3 years experience in B2B sales is essential (as well as your degree)
  • Must have experience making outbound calls to customers
  • Self-generating new business would be advantageous
  • Confident in communicating written and verbally
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in working towards and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven track record of effective account management
  • Proactive in your approach
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Clean Driving licence

The role

  • Salary - £30,000 OTE 40K
  • Opportunity to develop and gain more experience
