Job Title: Debt Review Advisor/ Customer Service

Job Salary: £18.5-23.5k per annum

Job Hours: Rotating shift pattern : Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm shifts / Fri 8am-5.30pm

I am currently recruiting for Debt Review Team Advisors for an exciting and well established company based in Sale, where hard work is recognised and rewarded!

As a Debt Review Team Advisor, you will have previous experience working in a Debt Management, callcentre environment

You will be an excellent communicator, have the best interests of the customer at the forefront all the time, be compassionate and able to show empathy, patience and understanding.

As a Debt Review Team Advisor you will be responsible for contacting existing customers via a pre-booked review call, collating information to provide an accurate picture of their current financial situation and advising on beneficial suitable debt solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish personal circumstances and discuss all available debt solutions
• Establish an extensive Income & Expenditure outcome using internal systems
• Review changes to circumstances that impact payments plans and solutions
• Resolve all customer queries
• Adhere to all company standards and values
