Conveyancing Solicitor (Permanent)
Clayton Legal are proud to bring to you a role based in the Wirral, working for one of the Wirral's leading, successful and growing law firms as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor within their property team.
On a day to day basis this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role will consist of Managing a caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, shared ownership and right and help to buy, Transfer of equity, re-mortgage and private client. The ideal candidate will also hold the ability to build up own portfolio of clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE as a licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or CILEX qualified. With experience within a Residential Conveyancer role, handling their own case-load of around 60-80 files from start to finish with assistance from support staff.
Salary for this Residential Conveyancer role is up to £35,000 DOE and this firm also offer onsite parking for staff.
