The Role:

A small, rapidly expanding firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Family Legal Secretary to join the Team at their Solihull Office.

You will be providing support to the Private Family Department on a range of secretarial duties including but not limited to:

  • Audio & copy typing
  • Liaising with clients
  • File Management
  • Drafting Family documents such as, divorce petitions, C100, C13A etc.
  • Correspondence

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess proven secretarial and administrative skills with the ability to liaise with clients both in person and by telephone, you must be able to think on your feet and also adapt to the needs of the business, there will be times where you need to drive to pick up court documents so you must have a vehicle and preferably a clean license.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 years' experience as a Legal Secretary within Family Law to join a firm that supports their staff and has family run feel to it, flexible with their needs given you are flexible with them.

The firm requires candidate to have a typing speed of at least 75 WPM as the role will involve a large amount of typing.
