Corporate Solicitor | 2-5 PQE | London (Permanent)

A Solicitor firm in St. Albans are looking to recruit a Corporate Associate Solicitor with 2 - 5 years PQE into their Corporate Commercial team which has been recommended in both The Legal 500 and Chambers UK. The firm has an excellent track-record of nurturing relationships with small and medium sized businesses including SMEs, start-ups and fast growing clients, with niche experience of many specialist sectors. You will undertake a caried corporate caseload which would consists of general corporate work, shareholder acquisitions, M&A, corporate governance, capital markets and some general commercial work.

A successful candidate will be qualified and have previous experience within a Corporate team. You will have completed training at a recognised and respected firm. You will have good verbal and written communication and share the firm's values.

The salary on offer is £45,000 to £65,000 dependant on experience and the position comes with excellent company benefits.
