Real Estate Solicitor (Permanent)

Our client, a professional and reputable firm situated in North London are seeking to recruit a Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding department on a permanent basis.

The successful Property Solicitor will handle their own mixed caseload of Residential and Commercial Property files including freehold / leasehold, Sales and Purchase, Re-mortgages and Landlord & Tenant with minimal supervision from inception to completion reporting into the Head of Commercial Property.

You will also deal with assignment of leases, grants of new leases, rent deposit deeds and deeds of surrender.

The ideal Property Solicitor will have extensive experience in a similar position with Landlord & Tenant experience desirable. You will be ambitious, dedicated with excellent client care skills.

The client will consider Licenced Conveyancers / Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
