Our client, a well established law practice located in Central Manchester are seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding department on a permanent basis.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will handle a busy caseload from inception to completion including with but not limited to Sales and Purchase, Transfer of Equity and Freehold and leasehold files with limited supervision.
The ideal Residential Conveyancer will be 2+ years PQE with proven knowledge and experience in a similar position. You will possess exceptional client care and communication skills.
The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience.
You will initially be working from the office however depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to work from home.
