Local authority in London with a Good rating by Ofsted is looking for a Team Manager to join them who is experienced in SEN and Children's with Disability. The role itself will require you to have experience of management within the Children's or adults service.
Highlights:
- You will be responsible for managing two Assistant Team Managers who will be experienced within the adult side of the role.
- A new building has been created in order to modernise working methods and reduce carbon footprint, this will allow social workers to work more remotely which is essential during the current climate.
- New technology implemented into the service in order to allow staff to have a better work life balance.
- A highly effective, comprehensive tracking system enables senior leaders to oversee and monitor the progress of and outcomes for children across a wide range of services.
- High staff retention which allows Team Managers to focus on other things than Recruitment.
- Permanent post paying up to £50,000-£56,100 per annum
- West Alliance Training Programme available as well as specialist training programmes available too such as pre-birth, systematic practice & Therapeutic works.
