Area Relief Chef Manager, 30k plus car, covering the North (Permanent)

If so, we are looking for an Area Relief Chef Manager to cover multiple sites across the North of England.

This role for Area Support Chef Manager is based in Leeds supporting Regional Managers and their units in this Market Leading Food Service Business.

We are looking for an Area Relief Chef Manager with an amazing culinary creative flair and attitude to deliver outstanding food on one of our largest B and I contracts.


The Role involves;
* Having a passion for great food.
* Support the Regional Team managing units in Chef Manager's absence.
* Must be hands on in the kitchen.
* Be able to travel regularly as well as be available for overnight stays.
* Open and close weekly book work and stock take.
* Familiar with mobilisation.

You will have;
* Management experience within the catering industry.
* NVQ Level 1/2 in food preparation or an equivalent.
* Training skills.
* Computer literate.
* Sound H&S knowledge.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel to various sites.

In return you can expect to work within a progressive company earning up to £30,000 per year plus a car and expenses.
