Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

Our client, a professional legal practice is seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join one of their 4 offices - Sailsbury, Andover, Amesbury or Fordingbridge.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years, experience in both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property handling your own caseload from inception to completion with limited supervision. You will deal with freehold / leasehold, real estate, landlord and tenant, sales and purchase, transfer of equity in addition to other property matters.

You will be acting for property investors with exceptional client care skills with a keen eye for details.

Full time is preferable however the client would consider part time candidates on a minimum of 3 days per week.

The salary for this opportunity is negotiable depending on experience.
