Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 DOE
NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join the team of an Independent Fostering Agency in the Cardiff area.
The agency are very well established, with services across the UK, and they have a very good reputation nationwide.
You will be joining a small, experienced team in the area, with a real family feel, where you will have the support to grow and develop in your Fostering career.
Responsibilities:
You will have a small caseload of about 10 fostering households, who you will support and supervise. You will also be involved in the recruitment and assessment of prospective Foster carers, as well as undertaking initial visits and annual reviews of carers.

Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification and SWE Registration
- Full UK Drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Previous experience in Children and Families Social Work
