The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have excellent knowledge and experience handling a busy caseload from inception to completion dealing with the following:

* Landlord & Tenant

* Shareholder Agreements

* Sales & Purchase (Business)

* Land Developments

* Commercial Leasing

* Business Transfers
